My name is Ben Emerick and I have worked in the disability sector now for almost 7 years.

My passion was ignited after first starting out as a support worker and has only continued to grow over the years. I have extensive experience and a particular interest in supporting participants with complex needs.

I have a unique perspective which I feel makes me fantastic at what I do, which I have gained from living with my own disability from a young age. This also helps me to approach each situation with compassion, empathy and understanding.

In my free time I am an avid gamer, if I am not gaming you’ll usually find me cuddled up to my two pooches or exploring our beautiful WA beaches.
