Hello there!  I’m Jo-anne, known as HR Jo at Super Squad.

I joined our team in late 2023 & work closely alongside our management & admin team & our support workers, offering a personable & professional support network to all, in the area of Human Resources.

With 25+ years in Recruitment & Human Resources Management roles, my chosen niche of specifically ‘people services’ has enabled me to meet people from all walks of life.  People need people, whether that be on a work or personal level, we all need one another at times, just to be someones’ person.  When you’re warm from within you attract your people. 

My people-focussed career with has seen me work within areas of manufacturing, DG transport & logistics and more recently within a Mental Health exec team & at a large hospital.

My exciting role here @ Super Squad is the perfect mix of using my skills whilst helping those in need, our vulnerable people.

On a personal note, I’m addicted to my little family as their happiness & laughter completely warms my soul.  Blessed is an understatement.
